We are a leasing company undergoing international expansion, working exclusively for the best- known banking groups in special sectors in the leisure equipment markets (with focus on fitness, wellness equipment, golf-cars etc.) by way of vendor leasing.

We have some very ambitious expansion plans in the wellness and fitness market, where we are hoping to become market leader in Europe.

Sales Manager International

To this end we are in principle seeking a Sales Manager for Europe, but also fortification for our sales team in Germany. As International Sales Manager you will work in cooperation with the Managing Director for the European markets outside Germany with priority for E, I, NL, A, CH, F and central Europe.

The ideal requirement would be a comparable activity of several years duration with experience of leasing and leasing markets with similar structures, with an average ticket in the middle 5-digit area. You will not only have an understanding of mobile leasing, but also develop chemistry with our international equipment manufacturers (vendors) and their local distributors/sales offices.

As there are unlikely to be few comparable positions in sales we see, in case of doubt, the focus of your know-how as being your knowledge of financing and also the specific sector experience.

For the same reason the requirements profile is relatively wide.

As a rule financing queries will come from the sales partners of the equipment manufacturers. You will then prepare all the credit decision documents for the lessor and accompany the process with our banks from development of the order up to end financing.

The main foreign language is English or Spanish, supplemented by German, Italian or French would be ideal. You may be aged from end twenties to late fifties. It is your performance and attitude in the job that we deem of main importance.

Your main job location is Munich, but we could also foresee requiring you in other locations as well. Especially if you are working as a freelancer.

All the above requirements apply to the position of Sales Manager in the German-speaking markets, with exception of the language ability and the international experience.

Basically full time occupation is being considered, but employment on a freelance-basis could also be possible. You will receive an attractive salary comprising fixed and variable components, as well as the option of buying company shares.
